UK Technology is Used in $240m Chinese IGBT Plant
A $240m IGBT (Insulated Gate BipolarTransistor) manufacture plant has been commenced by Zhuzhou CSR Times Electric
Co, a semiconductor maker from China. The company has done this by comprising
