FZ1200R12KF5 is a TRANS IGBT (Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor) module N-CH 1200V 78A 7Half-Bridge. This module is manufactured by Infineon Technologies, Germany previously familiar as Eupec who is one of the prime manufacturers and suppliers of semiconductors and system solutions.
