New Bipolar Transistors of ALFA Y OMEGA

The new AOK40B120H1 has been developed to meet the needs of industrial welding and high-frequency converters with three-phase alternating current or high voltage input. The device offers excellent performance in high-frequency switching applications, which can be a perfect fit for high voltage industrial welding machines.
