In addition, IGBT also known as Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor usage makes it more advantageous as it operates in low frequency for low conduction that grants reducing size for more efficient usage.
In line with this, another IGBT application is the increase in battery capacity to improve driving range. Batteries that have high voltages may require power devices that promote low loss and higher withstand voltages.
These kinds of demand are the primary drivers in the IGBT market growth that requires an increase of supply as well otherwise, growth could be hindered and may result in business loss.
