The flexibility of Vicor’s power components is also available in half-size, half-power VI-J00 MiniMods. The output power and the output voltage of VI-240-IV are 150W and 5V respectively. The module size is 4.6" x 2.4" x 0.5"(116,8 x 61,0 x 12,7mm). Its operating temperature is -40°C ~ 85°C.
